We enlisted Aimee's sister, Jill, to use her artistic skills to decorate the cake (using the leftover frosting from our garden cupcakes - see the post below).
Luke blew out the candle. The poor kid has watched a lot of birthdays go by: Dallins, Aimee's, and Owen's. He wonders a lot when his own birthday is. We're hoping that now that all the rest of our birthdays are done he won't worry about it quite so much.
Growing up, Aimee's dad always chastised her and her sisters for putting their legs up at the table (not on top, but just resting their feet on top of their chairs so their knees stuck up). She thinks it's funny that both Luke and Owen have done this in the high chair.

Happy Birthday Owen!
How in the world did he get those feet up on his high chair tray?! Your kids have mad flexibility skills.
Owen is a year already? Time flies. Luke's picture of Dallin's family is very impressive. You might have a future Ansel Adams.
